The Heritage Sprint is a three-week partnership. Over those weeks we sit beside you, pick the tools that fit, build the workflows your team will actually use, and stay close while everyone gets comfortable. Nothing goes live until it feels right.

Who this is for

What the sprint includes

  • Sitting with your team until they trust and can tweak what we've built
  • A short review round to keep what's working and quietly drop what isn't
  • A plain-language handover so you're never dependent on us afterwards

How the three weeks unfold

  1. Week one — listen and sketch. We meet the people who'll actually use this, agree what we're doing (and what we're not), and sketch it out together.
  2. Week two — build side by side. We set the tools up with regular little check-ins, so nothing ever lands as a surprise on a Monday morning.
  3. Week three — train and settle in. Proper hands-on training, a gentle launch, and small adjustments once we see how the workflows behave in the wild.

What we might build (a few examples)

  • Guest and client reply helpers. Drafts, not sends — personalised, on-brand answers to the questions you're tired of typing, always read by a human before they go out.
  • Knowledge companions. A friendly way for your team to ask "how do we usually handle this?" and get an answer in your own voice, pulled from your own notes.
  • Quiet back-office flows. Enquiries sorted, calendars kept tidy, follow-ups drafted — humming along in the background so no one has to think about them.
  • Writing helpers. Newsletter, welcome message and social drafts that already sound like you, ready for a quick human polish.

What we won't do

  • Automate anything that touches a real relationship without a human in the loop
  • Build dashboards nobody opens
  • Lock you into one vendor when a simpler tool would do the job
  • Leave your team unable to change, pause or switch off what we built

Investment and timeline
