I spent years alongside people who pour themselves into their craft, are the heart of their community, and give colour to the life of their customers.
The bakers who start baking before sunrise, opening the doors with flour still on their hands. The hoteliers who greet every guest at the door and remember their coffee order the next morning. The wedding planners who quietly hold together the most important days of a family's life. The schools and teachers, the artists, the small studios where craft is taught slowly, hour by hour.
